Dear friends,
Tomorrow night is the kickoff for our 2011-12 season in Plymouth Choir. I can't wait to see and hear you all and to gather our choir family back together. We will be welcoming several new faces to our team even as we reconnect with many longtime friends. This will be a very exciting year at First-Plymouth, and Abendmusik has a very active and engaging program for us as well. I look so forward to sharing all of this with each and all of you. Hope to see each of you Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. in the choir room for takeoff!
If you have not yet responded about your attendance for our choir retreat this Saturday, please contact rebecca@firstplymouth.orgas soon as possible. You may also register in person on Wednesday night. I do encourage you to make every attempt to join us for this sacred time on Saturday. The retreat sets such an important spiritual and musical tone for our ministry together, and it is most helpful to share the experience with as many as possible.
As I reflect upon our two years together, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the ways God has guided and transformed us to evolve and grow. May we continue to respond to God's grace by affirming, encouraging, supporting, and sustaining one another in the sanctuary of our choir family and the beauty of our offerings in worship.
